When the Regent and Grand Minister had fifty poems on the moon composed at his house.

samushiro ya
matsu yo no aki no
kaze fukete
tsuki o katashiku
uji no hashihime

Awaiting through the night as the Autumn
Wind blows stronger,
Moonlight falling all around,
My maid at Uji Bridge.
